Perhaps you’ve discovered an issue that you just can’t fix on your own. Or the answers from your existing developer are leaving you feeling more confused than ever.

There are 2 ways of approaching this:
- 60 minute call where I can grab your logins and have an in-depth discussion with you about your site, discussing your issues, reviewing your plugins and answering those tricky questions you’ve always wanted answers for.
- You give me a detailed description of the issue and logins to your website, and I go and fix the issue.
Simply pay for the session and I’ll be in touch to establish if we need to organise a time to chat via video chat or get the information I need to just fix the issue depending on which option you prefer. If you just have a simple query, then I’d recommend the Basic Support Session.
Please note: This price includes the time of the session only, if your problem proves to be unsolvable in the 60 minute session a full website audit, WordPress training or development work may be required.
